The study area is centered around the Milton Town Center area. Intersection improvements will be focused on the Geyser Road / Rowland Street intersection. Complete streets alternatives and zoning recommendations will be explored for the Geyser Road corridor from Stone Church Road to the Saratoga Springs city line (1.7 miles) and the Rowland Street corridor from Northline Road to the new Milton Town Garage facility at 459 Rowland Street (2.2 miles). The study area also includes a small segment of Northline Road east of Rowland Street for potential connections to the Woods Hollows Nature Preserve.
